These GTC express the entirety of ACCOR’s obligations to the User with respect to the use of the Site.
The User acknowledges having read and accepted these GTU. The User may save and edit these GCU using the standard functions of his/her browser or computer.

ARTICLE 7: FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure is defined as any event beyond the control of either party, which could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time the contract was entered into, and the effects of which cannot be avoided by appropriate measures, preventing the performance of all or part of its obligations under the contract. Cases of force majeure or fortuitous events are those generally recognized by the jurisprudence of the French Courts and Tribunals.
Each party shall not be liable to the other party in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the parties’ performance of their mutual obligations, and that each party shall bear the costs arising therefrom.
ARTICLE 8: NULLITY
If one or more stipulations of these GCU are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope.
ARTICLE 9: CHANGES/MODIFICATIONS TO CONDITIONS OF USE
The GCU apply for the entire time the Site is online.
ACCOR reserves the right to modify, supplement and/or update these GTU at any time. The new GTUs will come into effect as of the date they are posted on the Site.
It is therefore the User’s responsibility to refer regularly to the latest version of the GCU, which is permanently available on the Site. Any use of the Site after modification of the GCU implies acceptance by the User of the new GCU.

In the event of a dispute, the User and ACCOR will first seek an amicable settlement. If no amicable agreement can be reached, the User may refer the dispute to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman:

Any dispute will be brought before one of the courts having territorial jurisdiction under the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure or the Consumer Code.
